By donating to the BCHS Thrift Store, your treasures become crucial funds that Beaver County Humane Society needs to provide our essential services.

Donations are accepted Tuesday - Friday 11AM – 3PM.

Accessories: Purses, belts, scarves, hats, gloves, socks, hosiery, etc.
Books, videos, records, DVDs, VHS, CDs, cassette tapes, and 8-tracks
Clothing: Coats, jackets, tops, pants, formal wear, maternity wear, suits, scrubs, children’s clothing, sleepwear, intimates, shoes, and boots

Furniture: Sofas, chairs, dressers, dining sets, wooden kitchen chairs, coffee tables, end tables, and outdoor furniture

Volunteers Welcome!

Volunteers are critical at the Thrift Store. We want to ensure your experience volunteering is fun, rewarding, and convenient. Shifts are flexible and available six days a week.

Typical volunteer tasks at the Thrift Store include:

Assisting with incoming donations, sorting donations, and cleaning donations.
Tagging merchandise, hanging clothing, and stocking shelves and racks.
Updating and designing displays.
Driving for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
Straightening the sales floor.

Volunteering is a great way to earn service hours, meet new people, stay active, be a part of a team, and help the animals at Beaver County Humane Society!

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Younger volunteers may be permitted if they're part of a group supervised by an adult.

The BCHS Thrift Store is a member of the Association of Resale Professionals.
